Bottle at Shelton Festival. Pours a cloudy gold with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, earth, floral, lemon zest. Light body, citrus, yeast, wheat, dry finish, very good.

Cloudy, tan, and thin head. The aroma is yeasty, a touch hoppy. This has a nice sweetness, a hint of lychee, maybe a touch of orange. To me, this is a slightly husky yeasty saison with a little bit of hop. It's ok.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a pleasant dry hop character, along with Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with spicy Belgian yeast, some champagne-like effervescence, and subtle floral dry hopping. Lightly tart, citrusy, spicy finish. Solid stuff.

750 ml bottle. The beer is a yellow gold color. Sorta hazy. Pretty big white head, a bit fizzy. Grassy hops and earthy saison yeast. Fairly boring. Some fresh grain. Lemon, orange peel, pepper. Taste is pretty dry. Moderate to medium bitterness. Some bready malt depth to it. Light feel, effervescent with prickly carbonation. There are a lot of beers like this one and nothing really stands out here.

750 mL bottle poured, with much thanks to Brendan for the bottle. Dry, funky lemon and straw. Hazy yellow pour with a lasting active fizz head. Citrus hops and Belgian yeast aroma. Smooth and cool flavor with a high carb bite. Very funky and tart. Solid hop profile. Very nice saison.
