Bottle - Loght perfume and citrus with a touch of aspirin. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Soured stone fruit with a nice funk and tartness. Solid.

Cloudy, light amber. Medium head. Has a nice dusty yeasty aroma. This has a nice yeast note, floral accents, honeyish malts with a hint of biscuit, and a touch of bretty tartness in the finish as well. Good balance and complexity. Pretty damn delicious, actually.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out plenty of dry Belgian yeast, some champagne-like effervescence, and some spiciness. Flavour really brings out a complex spicy Belgian yeast character upfront, with minor tartness, light citrus, and champagne-like crispness. Spicy and appropriately high carbonation on the palate. Love the expression of Belgian yeast here - impressive. Excellent.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is lightly bretty, yeasty, and a bit fruity. Taste is effectively a pretty solid Belgian with minor bretty, with some light earthiness.
