Taster shared with Ash. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: sour, fruity, just slightly dirty. Taste: along the same lines with some salty notes, low to moderately dry at the end. Overall: good berliner.

750 mL bottle poured, picked up at Structures a couple weeks back. A bit of a thin, lemonade pour, soft haze. An active, fading fizz head. Tons of lemon on this berliner. Tart, but not overpowering. Funk aroma, soft grain. Taste is cool, refreshing, tart, lemon and citrus. Smooth berliner, soft grain and wheat background. Barely a nutty reminder in the palate. A really enjoyable brew here for sure. Standout Structures offering.

Touch of haze. Thin head. Tart, touch of brett, medium body, just a touch of tartness.

Draft - Soured grains and some lemon. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Soured grains and light fruity notes. Decent.

On tap at Structures, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out light lacto, citrus and wheaty notes. Flavour is clean, with citrus, whispy wheat, and light lacto. A little muted and dirty, but it works. Solid.
