Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Hazy yellow color, full sized a bit soapy head that lasts for a decent while. Smell wheat and slightly citrus. Taste wheat, slightly a hint of banana, lightly lemon, a hint of apricot. Still, it’s quite decently balanced.

Bottled. A murky dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and wet hay, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Tap @ Noord-Holland Beerfesival. Golden color, slightly hazy. Aroma is sweet, with hints of wheat and spices. Sweetish, fruity flavor. Medium bodied. Finishes malty, then mildly bitter. Very pleasant, reminds me of the Hoegaarden Grand Cru of days long gone....

On tap at Noord-Hollands Bierfestival ’09. More a belgian blond ale than a white, but they called it a white themselves, so who am I to argue. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Rather spicy aroma of coriander, anise, malts. Flavour is spicy, coriander, a hint of wheat, a little sweet. Prickly mouthfeel, thin body.
