Oxford tasting, corked
Cloudy yellow color, light green hue, almost no head. Plain, well blended, sour, lemony, with light saltiness, and the mild winey touch adds a subtle layer.
Very good.

750ml bottle at Alex's. Pours a murky golden with a weak white head. Aroma is funky with barrel notes. Similar taste. Fairly good.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a slowly diminishing white head. Aroma brings out the brett upfront, with plenty of salt and tart citrus. Flavour is very complex, with loads of saltiness upfront, followed by brett funk, and citrus. Oaky, super salty, and citrus. Smooth, soft palate, with little notice of the red wine barrels. Very nice stuff.

Hazy tan, no head. Whiff of brett, a touch of sweeter wine, maybe some wheaty gose. Tart, salty, wheaty. There’s a lot of fun things in here but none of it is coming together.
