Cloudy, thin head. Aroma is brett, soft floral hops, vinous sweetness...an appetizing aroma. Quite sweet, even now 5 months later. Just light brett, the hops lending some grapefruit bitterness and just a touch of tropical fruit. The wine barrel presents as less integrated on the palate. I would say this developed ok, but not perfectly...the risk of barrel-aging.

Cloudy light amber color. Nice aroma, elegant fruit, traces of Brett. The mouthfeel is soft, very dry, very astringent, some stone fruit, some vegetable bitterness too that is distracting.
Good, but not elegant, and nothing special.

500ml bottle from Park Royal LRS. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is bretts with fruity notes. Similar taste with lots of oak and some creamy oaky notes. Too much of wood in this. Ok.

Bottle - Funky with lots of tropical notes and grapefruit. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Bitter and funky, some red grape notes and a long funky finish.

On tap at Powell, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out mostly funky brett upfront and dominating, with light floral dry hopping and some vinous character. Flavour is similar, with tons of bretty funk upfront, followed by light red wine character and lightly bitter floral dry hopping. What a well-curated beer. Everything works well together. Excellent.
