Bottle. Musty grainy malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with a large white head. Grainy wheat malt and light grassy flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes more like a well made lager than a hef.

12 oz bottle thanks to Sledutah. I poured into a Weizen glass. Nice presentation in the glass. Hazy gold, thin soapy head with light spotty lace. Nose of dusty wheat and light lemon. Taste is a very straight forward American version of a Hefeweizen. Malted wheat, light citrus with a decent body. Crisp finish. Good drinkability for me. A nice light wheat ale. Refreshing on a warm summer night. Well crafted.

Poured on tap @ Squatter’s Brewpub in SLC. It has a hazy copper to gold body and white foam head. The aroma has full wheat notes followed by grain malts, yeast spice and faint citrus. The taste is grainy malts to wheat up front followed by mild orange citrus moving into lemon citrus notes into the finish. About midway the wheat becomes more noticeable and carries nicely into the finish. Upon warming I notice the nose developed some bubble gum notes.

Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/07; Nose of ripe banana and wheat; hazy yellow-orange with a small white head; flavor of fruity banana, grainy wheat, and a slight sweetness, decent hefe!

Bottled (labelled American Wheat) Cloudy orange. Cidery aroma. Sweet and mellow with notes of apples and sweat. Uninspired and poorly executed.
