On tap at the SLC BP Cloudy dull light tan/orange. Thin white ring of bubbles. Basic plain wheat maltiness . Some dry metallic notes and not much going for it

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold-yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of grainy wheat malt and yeast. Semi-sweet flavour of wheat malt, lemon and yeast in a dry, crisp finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink, but bland and boring. More of a Wheat Ale.

From Jan 2007

Poured from 12oz bottle a cloudy orange with a good sized head of foam that shrank quickly leaving a fine broken layer with no lacing.

The smell is of wheat and yeast though on the light side.

The taste has a nice tartness up front followed by a good infusion of wheat that comes through midway and right through the finish.
This is what I call a good thirst quencher and because of the low abv level, it would make for a very good session beer. Nice and different.

Bottom line: This one yells out "sessionable".
Thanks to Wasatch for this sample!

At Cowboy’s Smokehouse, Panguitch. Pours hazy golden with a small, foamy, white head. The rather weak aroma contains wheat, grain, citrus and light clove. It tastes light sweet and light bitter with a medium long grainy finish. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Lacking some real banana in the aroma. Unconvincing.

Optisch prima Weizen, leicht trüb. In der Nase ganz schwach. Im Trunk leicht malzig, weder Nelke noch Banane. Im Abgang wässrig. Sehr schwaches Weizen - Utah halt.

On tap at Squatters, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wheat and a touch of cereal malt sweetness. Flavour brings out moderate fruity esters and dry wheaty notes. Not especially dry but pretty uninteresting. Meh.
