This limited edition cider uses late harvest apples, pressed and cyro-concentrated. Similar to an ice wine, it is super sweet with distinct dessert apple aromas with a clean and crisp finish. Great for cheese, desserts or by the fire.

Corked bottle at Matt's
Pale blond color. Regular cider aroma, mild, nothing close to an Ice Cider. Moderately sweet cider, very light stewed apple flavor, mild acidity; nice drinkable cider but nothing close to a real Ice Cider.

375ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a clear pale golden woth no head. Aroma is very strange with cheese and oxidized iron notes. Of course there are some sweet apples on thr back. Taste is very sweet with some slighy cheesy notes. Not bad overall.

Straw colour. Some legs, but not the most intense. There's an old cheddar note on the nose, along with a fairly mellow apple. On the palate, there's a mellow apple note, a pretty nice tartness. Some sugars, though not all that rich for the ice cider style. You'd have to say it slots somewhere in the middle between a regular cider and an ice cider.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is unusual for an ice cider, with notes of blue cheese, with light apple acidity and a hint of toffee. Flavour is likewise unusual, with light red apples, subtle blue cheese, and a hint of tartness. This is very different than the average ice cider. It finishes on notes of cheese, light apples, booze and a hint of tartness. Not a top tier ice cider by any means, but it's enjoyable.

Bottle - Buttery cooked Apple. Clear pale gold. Creamy yellow apple, little acidity and tannin with a nice body. Not much going on outside the body.
