Clean, brilliantly amber clear. However, it is quite simple. low sourness, not a lot of complex flavours to disentangle, pretty straightforward beer. belgian beer factory online bottle

25cl bottle from some random 'Night Shop' in Brugge and drank at home on 8th Feb 2019. Poured into an old Home Ales half-pint countryman glass tankard. Clear, deep amber body, full head that soon feel away to a collar and wisp. Aroma of Apple Vinegar, taste similar; semi-sour apples with a hint of sweetness that is trampled on by the vinegar flavours seeping through towards the end of each sip. An entry level Gueuze for those that are new to sours (or people like me who don't really like them).

Clear dark golden. White head. Sweetish nose. Malty sweetish lemonade like. Not bad. But not good either.

19/10/2018 - bottle @Judoclub Oudenaarde. Orange wtih small rim. Nose is grainy, cookie. Taste is grains, some apple, caramel, sweet, bit lemon. Very strange beer, not perse bad but way too sweet for a gueuze. Drinkeable for sweet beer lovers, says it all.

Note oxydée avec une petite douceur latente. Léger funk qui se fait présente.
