Bottle - Very Perfumy, pepper and lots of bright citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Nice perfumy notes, pepper and floral citrus notes.

500ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a dirty golden with a white head. Aroma is peppery and herbal. Similar taste with hoppy bitterness. Not bad.

Botella, de cerveceria. Cloudy and pale. This has a really powerful peppery, sage and coriander aroma, with lots of yeast. Bright peppery, orangey, yeasty...nice pale malts. This is pretty good.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild funky yeast, with lots of spiciness, some pepper, and leather. Flavour is very funky, with plenty of wild yeast, tart fruits, pepper, and mixed spices (especially sage). Tart, very spicy, and quite wild in the yeast department. Extremely peppery and spicy, but it works well. Good stuff.
