Draft - Rich dark ginger. Cloudy Amber with a decent beige head. Nice ginger and light caramel. Decent spice in the finish.

Hazy, amber but it’s that murky unattractive haze. Thin head. Lots of ginger and a little toffee on the nose. Gingery taste, nice toffee backdrop. If you like ginger in your beer, this should work, nice and simple that way.

On tap at Parkside, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma is full of fresh spicy ginger with little else to speak of. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of spicy ginger, followed by a little caramel and toasted bready malt. Competently brewed, just not a big fan of the style.
