Can from St Jacob's Market. The slightly oddly named American IPA a fairly-clear copper pour, with malt -sweet nose. Taste leans towards bittering hops all over a sweet toasted malt. The sweet bready toasted malt lingers, with mild bitterness. This is a tasty beer, but IPA? No. I don't know what the IBU are, but they can't be in IPA range. A decent ale? Yes. Poorly classified, but enjoyable enough.

Can from TWB stall at St Jacob's market. Clear dark copper with a small off white head that leaves some stringy lace. Nose is caramel malts, light pine, grass, light honey and some light citrus. Light+ caramel sweetness with a medium grassy bitterness. Medium slick mouth with soft carbonation and a lightly floral finish. 7/3+/7/4-/14

This IPA poured a nice amber colour with a soapy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include malt, oats, must and a little hop. First swig was very nice with flavours of malt, a little ripe fruit and a touch of honey. Finish is a tiny bit bitter with those musty malt flavours lingering. Delicious!

Draft - Pine and caramel notes. Clear dark gold with a small white head. Dark caramel, light pine and grapefruit. Old school but quite balanced and drinkable.
