Bottle at home. Pours cloudy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, citrus, banana and light herb. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33cl Bottle at the brewpub. Made with emmer or two-grain spelt. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma is light fruity, wheat, citrus, hint of sweetness, quite dry. Flavour is dry, light tart, wheat, citrus, firm and almost herbal bitterness, bitter finish. Light-bodied. Could be a nice summer beer.
