On tap at Kafe Belgie. Pours a hazy amber brown with a grayish brown head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of bread and yeast with earthy grains backing. Flavor has same yeasty bread note that is very musty.

On tap at Kafé België. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of nuts, caramel, light earthy, light spicy, cocoa powder. Flavour is likewise, medium sweet, light spicy. Medium bodied at best. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is just their Brune rebranded.

On tap @ Kafé België, Utrecht. Dark brown with an off-white head. Malty and yeasty aroma. Taste is sweet with some underlying bitterness. Not bad at all.

Tap at De Paas, Den Haag. Poured a murky dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is crisp yeast. The flavour is weak bitter, moderate sweet with a grassy hop palate. Quite unusual for a Bock. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
