750ml bottle (thx, Charles F.!) shared at Alex's. Bottled on 2017-07-24. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, barrel, fruity. Similar taste. Noticeable hoppy bitterness aftertaste. HF saisons quality. Nice one.

Slightly hazy, light amber, with a thin head. Tart and bretty aroma, with some woody notes. Has a light brett note, with a balanced maltiness. Light fruits, and a bit of woodiness. This is decent, a clean bretty note. Solid, drinkable, not sure I pick out a lot of rum.

Bottle - Stone and fruity notes. Clearish gold with a small white head. Bright citrus, woody and some herbal notes.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse funk, followed by some wild yeast, though not getting the rum. Flavour is fairly murky, with earthy notes, some funk, not getting rum at all. Earthy and rather confused. Not sure exactly what they were going for here. It's pleasant, but seems off the mark given what they were intending with the barrels.

Oxford tastings
Hazy golden color. Mild funk aroma with a touch of candied orange peel. The mouthfeel is rather dry, the flavor is mildly funky and salty, with some astringency and orange peel in the final, some spirit.
Good.
