The complexity of simplicity. Ramping up a simple recipe of base malt and East Kent Golding provides a rich and intense ale that with time will develop great complexity.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Peach, perfumed soap and spice in the aroma. Bitter and spicy taste with yeast, apricot and peach detected. A bit of a disappointment as I was hoping for more.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, alcohol, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, straw, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.
