Cloudy dull pale tan with a medium head. The aroma is floral hop, the taste is fruity and lightly bitter. It's ok.

Draft pour at Luppolo. Cloudy, golden pour. Patchy soap bubble head. Considering the last beer a had with Norwegian yeast, I was pumped about this. Dry. Funky. Strange grain nose. Plastic. Dusty, dry, straw grain finish. Slight strange fruitm Not bad flavor going here, but this was weird for me. Confusing beer.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank dry floral hopping, saison yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, dry dank floral hops and biscuity malt. Seems more like a pale ale than a saison to me. Nice stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. Lightly fruity aroma, spicy yeast. Dry mouthfeel, lemon peel, spices, astringent in the final.
Good.

Taster at the brewery shared with Alex. Pours a hazy pale dirty golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity with some spices, pleasant and similar to many other good saison brewed in North America, ehich I've had. Similar taste. Very interesting, taste like a hybrid of NEIPA and Saison. Nice.

Draft - Mandarin and intense lychee. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Mandarin, citrus peel and a light bitter mellow finish. Nice.
