Can from the lcbo. Pours a clear orange with a medium white head. Aroma is pretty much all grapefruit, and not much else. Its a nice softly sweet grapefruit and not too pithy or strong. Good carb, good moith feel. Low to medium bitterness, with a semi sweet grapefruity finish. Im not sure i enjoy these grapefruit flavoured ipas. Its tough to not make them taste fake i find. This isnt awful, but i dont see myself revisiting it. Wouldnt you prefer having a heavily hopped ipa that has grapefruit aromas and flavours naturally from the hops?

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of caramel malt, grapefruit and light piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, orange, grapefruit juice and light piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily to watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, but the grapefruit totally dominates. Drinks more like a strong radler than an ipa.

Can - Sweet and juicy pink grapefruit. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Intense pink grapefruit, peel bitterness and a touch of caramel malts to balance.

Can: Poured a clear orangey color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of grapefruit with some citrusy hops is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of grapefruit juice with some citrusy notes and some residual sugar notes cutting through the bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Quite enjoy the mix of grapefruit and hops.

Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a big frothy yellow-beige head, long lasting with some nice lace. Red grapefruit aromas over light caramel malts. The taste starts off malty with some caramel notes. Then, the bitterness arrives and the hops finish this on a dry side. The grapefruit juice is milder here, blended with some nice cereal grains. Light haziness at last pour. Very drinkable. I quite like this.
