On tap at the farm. Nice bright clear yellow body, no foam. Soft dried apple aroma. Flavour is a nice crisp apple with modest fruit funk on the back end. Dry finish, good mouthfeel. Not a complex cider but a drinkable cider and very natural tasting.

473 ml can. 6.5% Looks and smells like apple juice with some carbonation. Flavors of fresh tart apples. Can’t really get much hops. Tarter than an average BC cider...

Draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver, listed 6.8%
Pale blond color, hazy. Very basic North American cider, shallow, with mediocre cider qualities; it has a quite high acidity level, mild tannins, strong lemony character, and I wouldn't have noticed the hop if it were not in the name.
Mediocre.

Growler - Lemon, light tropical notes, light barnyard and green apple. Pale clear straw. Green apple skin, tannins and a dry finish. Nice.

Quite pale. Mostly a basic apple juice character, I’m not getting a lot of hop. Mostly just basic cider apple taste.

On tap at Persephone, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely dry hopping upfront, with medium sweet crisp apples. Flavour is fairly dry, with medium sweet apples and floral dry hopping. Really nice use of the hops here. Nothing too fancy but well-crafted. Very good.
