Bottle at share. Tart brett notes in the aroma, taste also. Bottle was a bit of a gusher, bit still held up well.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is funky brett notes light crisp hops. Taste is more of the nice brett kick spice and floral hops.

Cloudy blond color. Very nice aroma, manure and citrus peel. Very dry mouthfeel, delicate malt base, crisp, with moderate sourness, light fruit (apricot), astringent final.

Bottle - Soured woody and nice stone fruit. Clearish gold with a small white head. Light soured funk and a touch of barrel. Lemony and light.

Hazy. Pale. Brett jumps out of the nose, with a strong woody note. Complex...picks up those lambicy leathery notes. On the palate, fresh and fruity, with brett, wood, and then there's a kiss of sweet malt. Very drinkable. Delicious. So drinkable, so complex.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with lots of oak, rustic farmhouse notes, and brett. Flavour is lovely, with oak, rustic farmhouse yeast, light brett and a touch of tart citrus. Nothing really unique about this, but man is this nicely done. Wonderful stuff.

At the source, bottle: pours mostly clear gold wirh a small head. Aroma is funk, barrels, citrus, soda. Taste is like a non-sweet ambiguosly fruity soda but with enough body to tive it oomph and a nice funkkness and slight sourness. Very well put together. Quite good.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy gold with medium creamy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong brett, oak, funk. Medium mouth, brett, lemon zest, funky, oak, light finish, very nice.
