Bottle at the raven and republic in North Bay Ontario. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is very floral, light apple, white grape, light lemon zest, and pear. Light mouth feel, lively carb. Low bitterness, slightly tart, more white grape and fruity notes.

(500ml bottle shared, thanks Phyllomedusa!) Pours hazy dark gold with a big bubbly white head and lace. Notes of balanced fruitiness, especially orange peel, light grapefruit, soft pale pit fruit notes, grass, perfumed florals, light lemon tartness, cereals, touch yeasty, with a dry finish of citrus pith, hay, grains and very light spice. Overally feel is just a hint of tartness and balancing sweetness over a fundamentally dry core. Mouthfeel is moderate, carbonation efferevescent. A solid saison, the 'wild' nature of it is certainly not apparent but it's well crafted and balanced.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out farmhouse yeast, light stone fruits, and some hay. Flavour is along the same lines, with farmhouse yeast, light hay, some pith and cereal notes. Nice farmhouse character, with a pithy and dry finish.

Bottle - Hay and some lemon and lime notes. Cloudy with a small white. Very light with some perfumy wheat notes and a light finish.

Hazy pale. Not much head. The aroma is dusty, with dried flowers. On the palate, it actually comes across thin. Not much bitterness, just a little bit of that dried floral stuff. Not catching a lot of complexity, which disappoints me.

Tasting at Slack
Hazy blond color. The aroma is mildly funky, a bit perfumy, possibly some butter. Very dry, some funk, but not very interesting besides that, and with some pithy bitterness in the final.
