750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is somewhat floral, with light wet wood, and soft funk. Flavour is fairly woody, with wet wood, moderate funk, a fairly hefty acetic punch, and some citric notes. Wouldn't call this an authentic lambic by any means, as it's quite a bit more acetic. But it works well enough.

750ml bottle at Kump's during non-Belgian lambics tasting. Pours a hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma is funky, some stone fruits notes. Similar taste. Moderate acidity. Good one.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly oak forward with some light stone fruit and medium light citrus notes. Hints of tannins and phenolics with a moderate white wine note. Light grain notes. Pours a hazy, bright, golden orange with a very large, frothy, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers throughout. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sharpness to it. Moderate oak notes with some moderate white wine notes as well. Light citrus notes with hints of stone fruit. Light phenolics and tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice American sour. Definitely one of the better Phantom Carriage beers; hopefully this quality carries over into their regular offerings. A bit too wine barrel forward though.
