Thanks omhper! Ambery golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, nectary, toffeeish and some mild aloe vera to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild wooden tones and aloe vera. Herbal bitterness in the finish.

Mexican tasting session with myself and no one else. Three bottles to be consumed and rated while it's quiet; 6th January 2023, all three bottles were obtained while in Ensenada in December 2022. 355ml bottle (7.2%), poured into an old Corendonk stemmed tulip glass. Hazed amber body, Snow White head. Piney and citrus hop nose and taste, seems old and tired to be honest (the IBU of 120+ just about keeping it alive). Claims it's an Imperial IPA on the label which it might have been a couple of years ago. It is hoppy and bitter, so maybe I am being unkind and the alcohol (7.2% remember) has helped with the bit of 'aging' I think has taken place. OK it grew on me a little, so the scores are kinder than the write up!

A golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light treacle, very nice. On tap at Bacon Bar Roma.

355mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out piney hop oils, herbal notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hop oils, light herbal character and biscuity malt. Decent hop oil feel on the palate. Not bad.
