A drunken bounty sleeps in rows ripe, tasty and ready to eat. Skies darken and clouds fill in as the harvest moon shifts above. With a change in the season a joy is craved. Perhaps a wheat blast of juiciness with a big punch like dream could work.

Experimental Norwegian yeast, a massive wheat body and a pack of big name hops, concocts this citrus, pineapple treat. 33 Acres of Moden, a Double Wheat Ale, now available in our tasting room only for fills and glasses while the limited supply lasts.

@Alibi. Muddy, tan, medium head. The aroma is a bit berryish. Sweet. Alcoholic. Not much hop, or balance. Touch of wheat. They're testing something, but to me it doesn't have a clear sense of focus, at least not in terms of what drinkers are genui

Draft - Light citrus aroma. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Fruity apricot and soft light finish. Pretty mellow for a DIPA, but decent.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours an opaque golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of piney and resinous hops, and soft biscuity malt on the under side. Flavour is nice and robust, with lots of piney hops, a touch of resins, and thick but not-too-sweet biscuity malt base. Robust and well-balanced. A bit dirty, but in any unpleasant way. This is great.

Draught at the brewery
Murky bright orange color, compact head. The aroma is moderately fruity and resiny. The wheat flavor is strong, the hopping is fruity, resiny, bitter orange peel, but also some pithy bitterness in the final, and some spice.
Unclean but with character.
