This pale ale was brewed with local alfalfa honey and hopped with a ton of Loral hops with a small Citra addition in the whirlpool. The sweet floral character of the honey is highlight by the Loral’s fruity/floral aromas. This beer is majorly hazy with a bright, clean, dry finish unlike the traditional NE style. We’re super happy with this beer and bet it will be the perfect accompaniment to this crazy hot long weekend.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is dank with tropical fruits notes. Similar taste with some abrasive dirty notes, some maltiness in here. Poney bitterness aftertaste. Just an ok.

Murky blond color. Mildly fruity, very light dank, finishes dry and with correct bitterness. Balanced.
Nice.

@ Alibi. Cloudy. Big head. Yellow. The aroma shows some tropical fruit, and citrus. Has a bit of spiciness to the hops. Ok. More bitter and clean than most of their beers, though lacks maltiness.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours an opaque cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, some chalk, and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with lots of piney hops, dirty yeast and biscuity malt. It's dirty, but suitable - not too messy. Very pleasant.
