22 oz bottle poured, gifted by Hanna. Thanks! Pale golden color, and cloudy. Tons of cool lemon and floral character. Plenty of belgian yeast. A little tart as advertised. Refreshing too. Tons of long lingering floral character. A pretty good wit here.

Draft - Corrainder and citrus with lots of yeast. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Coriander, green herbs, citrus peel and a decent perfumy finish.

Thin head on top and a slightly foggy brass body with minimal carbonation. Soft orange on the nose with a hint wit resin. Flavour is heavy on the citrus with a slight wit aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel. Nothing to write home about.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose brings out coriander upfront, followed by wheat and light citrus. Flavour is wonderfully spicy, with Belgian yeast, a little coriander, and some bitter hopping that lends itself nicely here. Quite a bit more punch than your average Belgian wit. Very good.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, small head. Aroma of plastic and straws. Weak and dry mouthfeel, light wheat and white bread flavor, plastic, a tiny spicy touch, and low bitterness; in the final there is a pinch of fruity esters.
Too simple.

Very pale and cloudy with a big head. Light malty sweetness and a hit of coriander. Tart, with a wheaty sweetish note. Touch of spice. Looks great but nothing jumps out.

On tap. Pours a cloudy yellow with moderate head. Light aromas of wheat and oranges. Flavors of earthy wheat and coriander with faint hints of citrus. Mostly wheat.
