Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell - London. Many "thanks" to Cloin! This beer has been aged c. two years, so will be quite different than it perhaps ought to be. Pours unclear gold with a quickly fading white froth of a head. The nose holds ripe citrus, old grain and dried wheat. Medium to heavy sweet flavor, with some sugary doughy wheat. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish, with slight signs of oxidation, caramel, wheat bread. So so.

Bottle shared at Craft Clerko. Thanks to Colin who bought this old-timer for real cheap.... It pours cloudy golden with an orange hue and thick white head. The nose is sweet, oily, sweet banana candy, light must, straw and faint oxidation. The taste is sweet, banana, clove, candy, clove rock, toasty grain, straw, spice and rice pudding with a dry, sweetish finish. Medium body and decent, foamy carbonation. A bit sweet, spicy and old. Cloin is a dirtbag.

Bottle split at the pre xmas tasting #Juan, 09/12/15. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off White covering that dissipates to edgeing. Nose is toffee, orange, light spice, bread. Taste comprises bitter orange, light nana, bready, caramel, light yeast, spice. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hefe.

22 ounce bottle into weizen glass, no bottle dating. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big lemon, banana, pear, apple, bubblegum, clove, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, banana, pear, apple, bubblegum, clove, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness and slight bready tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, banana, pear, apple, bubblegum, clove, wheat, bread, light honey, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast balance and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy, bready, and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice hefeweizen style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast and bready malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Botella de 65 cl en el lupulo. 6 vol. 14-12-13 cuerpo ligero con sabor a cereales y trigo suave y ligero. Cambia bastante su sabor y color al echarle los posos finales de la botella, pasando de amarillo a miel turbio ganando más sabor a cereal y densidad. Poco Amargor. Se bebe bien. Normal
