473ml can. Pours a clear amber-gold with a small, foamy, long lasting white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, orange peel and black tea. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, orange peel, grapefruit, black tea and piney hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.

Smells faintly of grains, some sweetness, maybe the earl grey tea is buried in there somewhere, I don't want to drown my nose to find out. Has a good clear copper body with okay foam on top. Flavour is sharp grains, a bit cardboardy and peppery, spicy grain anyways. Mouthfeel is a little thin and could use more presence. It's drinkable enough but I can't pick out the tea, and I like tea. Where's the Tea? (said in that old lady's voice from the Wendy's commercial from the 80's)

Taster at the brewery shared with Andrey. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is some fruity character with some malty notes. Taste is similar with some balanced sweetness and tea notes. Good.

Darby’s: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is mostly just citrus. Taste is moderately bitter citrus. Nothing fancy. A bit boozy finish.

Draft - Light malts and some citrus. Clearish gold with a decent white head. A bit dirty and earthy with some citrus.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Hazy golden color, small head. The aroma is yeasty and a bit hoppy, citrus resins appear. Nothing special about the malts, the yeast gives vegetables notes, the tea adds tannins, the final is astringent and unpleasant.

Looks kind of ugly, just a dull tan without much head. Has some earl grey on the nose, with earthy piney hops. Bitter. Not much nuance to that bitterness. Earthy hop taste, yeasty biscuity notes, and the earl grey comes through a touch in the finish...or at least the bergamot and the tannins do.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is pretty herbal, with lots of the Earl Grey tea upfront, and subdued hops. Flavour is fairly bright, with a good blend of fresh Earl Grey tea, some stone fruitiness and piney hops. Not a big fan of these adjunct IPAs, but this works decently.
