Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, honey and soft vegetable notes in the aroma. Malty sweet, alcoholic flavor. Honey, grassy, slightly herbal. Thin. Not my taste.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, dusty hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Plus, Culemborg. Clear amber with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma and a weird cabbage like taste with faint hints of honey. Not up to par with the rest of the Hommeles beers which are quite nice. This one isn’t

Thank you for sharing! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Gents Bierfestival 2015. Deep red amber, solid tanned head. Nose is metallic, coper, sugar, candy,… Taste is metallic, copper, very heavy on metallic & coper quality, candy, brown sugar, malts,… Metallic body. Just about mangeable. I don’t appear to like the beers by this brewery very much.
