Even if you don't catch any fish there's always beer, right? This sessionable golden lager has the slightest hint of malt sweetness and a subtle hop flavor. Goes down smooth on a hot summer day while you're telling your friends about the one that got away.

12 oz. Aroma is Smarties, gun metal, caramel, grain. Pours clear deep golden with an amber tint and a small bone-white head. Taste is moderately sweet, with toasty and caramelly flavors. Perfect mouthfeel. One of the best Viennas I've had.

Can from the brewery. Clear gold, off-white head. Grains, bready, some vegetal notes. Not my favorite.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is earth and citrus. Medium body, grass, skunk, light finish, decent.

On tap at Payette, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour brings out bready malts and not a whole lot else. A big unimaginable even for the style. Okay.

Can: Grain, malt, and florals. Lightly hoppy, but mellow is the best descriptor. Clean finish and light body. Good for what it is.

On tap at the breweryโ€™s tasting room. Hazy light orange helps Wispy faint hint of a head and no lacing. Maybe the glass wasnt very clean. malty and sweeter than I expected. Reminded me of their Tripel. A little noble bitterness. But all in all a decent malty lager. A light Fat Tire

Can from Brewerโ€™s Haven. Pours out much lighter than expected, pale golden with small head. Aroma and taste are pure malt, crackers, bread, biscuits. Body and mouthfeel are slick with a medium to bordering on heavy weight. This additional weight gives it a bit more body than your traditional lager, but is just as refreshing.
