A 473ml can from Inverness NSLC. A very well balanced citrus and peach IPA with the wild yeast really working.

Slightly hazy orange, with a large white head. Herbal, and floral. Green tea, and citrus zest, with light stone fruit. Great mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitter, nice stone fruit and lemon oil finish.

Flight at brewery. Pours slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is floral with notes of juicy mango and peach. Flavour has notes of orange, mango, peach. Some chalkiness. Lingering bitterness.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, hops, citrus and malt. Nice fruity bitter finish.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy dull gold with small white head. Stone fruit, citrus hops, underlying malty character. Not bad.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with Brett, resinous hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with fruity esters, Brett, residual sugar, very nice and smooth. On tap at l'autre oeil.
