Dry hopped witbier. Described by the brewery as “citrusy, bright, juicy, and refreshing”, it was fermented cool with the Saison strain (grown up from a bottle of De Blaugies La Moneuse) used for the brewery’s Innisfree. With coriander and orange peel added at the end of the boil, and a heavy dry-hop addition of Citra, we probably don’t have to tell you what aromas and flavours to expect with this one!

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Tons of bubblegum yeast on the nose. Flavour has dry Belgian yeast, notes of bubblegum but not too abrasive, dry grass, cracker malts. Pretty solid, despite the disappointing nose.

473 ml can. Pours a yellow/gold color with huge overwhelming head. Aromas of coriander, candied citrus, and wheat malts. Flavors follow same but lighter with more emphasis on coriander. Strong coriander finish

A super charged citrus and flavour fulled take at the style with a touch of sourness. The carbonation is through the roof but its well made. Sk lb

Hazy, thin head. Has that sort of stale coriander nose, light hop note, mellow bitterness, wheat note. I’d say a bit stale but it has been turding for a few months.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale straw colour with a large, frothy, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grainy wheat malt, orange, bubble gum, lemon, coriander and yeast. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, lemon, orange and grapefruit rind, coriander, black peppercorn and floral hops in a dry, crisp finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. A tasty, refreshing, easy drinking, hoppy wit.

Can - Bubbblegum and sorachi ace. Clearish gold with a decent white. Much like it smells and decent. Sweetness is very candy gum like.
