Bottle. Pours pale grapefruit with a large fizzy white head; full of chunks of what appears to be yeast pellicle material. Aroma is tart lemon, dusty, hints of oak, a light fruity note. Flavor is light tart, light funk, dust, lemon. A bit of fruit but I would never label it as dragonfruit. Light body, high carbonation. Pretty decent.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur saumon voilée, mousse blanche légèrement rosée et tenace. Arôme fruité, légèrement végétal, floral, légèrement acide. Goût fruité, acidité moyenne, céréales, kiwi. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.

Bottle - Earthy almost beer notes. Chunky and lots of carbonation. Light soured earthy notes, some acidity and vinegar notes. Earthy and not great.
