Hazy dark orange, with a large off white head. Aroma is is very woody, and very vinous. The brett is giving off huge tropical fruit. Lots of mango, melon and a lot of stone fruit. The fruit mingles well with the copious amounts of Belgian, yeasty esters, crackery, pale malts. Super complex ale, with a very soft carb and and a full mouth feel. The finish is very vinous, woody notes of barrel, white wine, and tropical fruit from the brett. Funky, and tart finish, truly a beer/wine hybrid. Nice stuff.

500ml bottle. Pours an unclear orange-yellow with a medium, creamy, long lasting, ecru head that laces. Sweet aroma of grainy wheat malt, sugar, red wine, peach, mango, Belgian yeast, oak, vanilla and some subtle Brett. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, caramel, Brett, sugar, peach, spicy Belgian yeast, oak and warming red wine in a floral hop finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth, oily texture. Nice complexity. An excellent Tripel.

Hazy, darker amber, has a hit of brett, nice pale malt character, the tripel sweetness is good, balanced, that touch of brett lending liveliness to the finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast character and a touch of vinous character. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of brett, light vinous character and wild yeast. Very funky, with a bit of tannin character.
