Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head with average retention. Aroma of tart notes with light fruity undertones. Taste is a refreshing mix of tart notes with light yuzu notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Pretty straight forward but well executed and very refreshing.

Poured from the tap at St Aug’s. Cloudy pale yellow with minimal white head. Tart lemony citrus with a hint of yuzu and pepper, very mild sweetness underlies. Nothing outstanding, but a solid drinkable beer.

Cloudy blond colour. Clean Sour beer, mildly acidic, not much lactic acid taste though, a bit lemony, but nothing that can be recognized as yuzu. Short finish.

Very hazy, no head. Lots of yuzu on the nose, but on the palate I’d say this has a lot of white pepper, fairly tart...comes across a little weird.

Draft - Bright Yuzu. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Bright Yuzu and some light acidity. Nose is great, but some sweetness in the taste would be great.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours an opaque cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some peppery notes, light lacto and citrus notes. Flavour is loaded with pepper upfront, with some feet and citrus zest. Very odd stuff. The yuzu seems to impart a strange peppery quality. It's okay.
