Our first collaboration with winery Pearl Morissette. 40% Pinot Noire Rose grape juice // 60% Saison. Mixed-fermentation with wild Niagara yeasts/bacterias + choice Saison yeasts & Brettanomyces. Pinkish colour, fruit forward notes of raspberries & red currants.

Hazy pale pink, with a bubbly head. Brett, pedio, oak and a hint of that vinous character. Tart, thin for a beer of this strength, with a light vinous character...thin but nice balance.

Bottle - Sour funk. Clearish orange with a small white head. Light sour notes, touch of red fruit and a mellow finish.

750mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a pink-tinged amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pinot grapes, saison yeast and a little funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of booze, saison yeast, and lots of pinot grape must. Really lovely pinot character. Excellent.

Very hazy. Lots of yeast. Flat pour. Pink and red appearance. Lacto and Brett C aroma. Raspberry. Nice soda-like mouthfeel. Raspberry flavor with melon, lemon and wheat. This was quite a delightful beer.

Bouteille 750ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson bu au Québec Ratebeer Gathering, Thanks Mike! Couleur rosée trouble, fine mousse rosée. Arôme fruité, rose, frais, raisin. Goût fruité, céréales, très légère amertume. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Pinkish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, light mineral notes, light pink grapefruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of pink grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth, light citrus, nice and smooth. Bottle at ratebeer Quebec gathering 2016.
