Cloudy, big fluffy head. Aroma is pepper, citrus...palate same but with a breezy slap of fresh air tartness, coriander maybe, definitely pale malt.

Draft - Light soured malts, touch of cabbage. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Light sweetness, soured caramel malts and a touch of cabbage.

Light hazy. Soft sweet floral notes, perfume, some soft spice. Medium bodied. A gentle beer. Nice.

On tap at Mollusk, pours a crystal clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, some fruity esters and residual sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast and residual sweetness. Quite messy and too sweet. Not a good saison even by North American standards.
