Draft - Sweet candied bacon and apple. Cloudy gold. Candied bacon and some light acidic apple. Long bacon finish. Interesting.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. At first the smoke aroma seems interesting, reminds me a bit of chipotle, but the flavor is weird, a bit off putting, it has some ashtray feeling, the acidity doesn’t work well with the smoke; there’s some chili kick.
Not bad, but weird.

Light haze, very pale. Strong artificial bacon nose and taste (think bacon bits). No balance really to speak of. A mess of a product. Not sure who would like this; it’s just too artificial.
