Flat looking dull tan. Butt ugly. Smells a bit lactic, funky yoghurty, too. Tart, wonky orange just starting to go off. Salt makes just a minimal impact. This is a total miss of a pseudo-gose, demonstrating both poor understanding of the style and poor technique.

More lactic and less acetic than last week, aggressive but refreshing.

Cloudy dull blond color. Nice aroma of lactic acid, light fruit. Oily mouthfeel, nice citrusy acidity, moderate salt, the fruity touch is pleasant, mild residual sweetness, but there is also some acetic acid. No coriander.
Nice.

On tap at Callister. Pours a hazy opaque blonde with no head. Aroma is barrel, salty, passion fruit notes. Taste is tart, very juicy and slightly salty. Very drinkable and refreshing. Amazing!

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of salt, light coriander, and citrus. Flavour is somewhat tart and sweet, with a nice sea salt character, some citrus and a touch of sweetness. Nice blend of salt and sweet. Very good and refreshing.
