Poured from the tap. Clear pale white blonde with no head. Sweet green apple, lime, hint of white cheese, better than expected.

Nice aroma of cheese, apple funk, vinegar. Has white and clear body with little foam. Flavour is cinnamon, earth funk, and sweet apple. Crisp mouthfeel. Felty and rustic, very nice.

Pale green with medium haze. Tart, then sweet, then a bit of lime, more tartness, more juicy character.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy pale green color. The lemony tartness mingled with the subtle sweetness for a pleasant result.
Refreshing.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy greyish blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, with a touch of lime overtop. Flavour is on the sweeter side, with lots of sweet red apples upfront, intensified in sweetness from the agave, and then revealing just a hint of the lime. Too sweet and rather commercial tasting, but it's a pleasant, fun sweet cider.

On tap. Pours a whitish green colour like lime juice without head. Aromas of fresh cut apples and weak limes. Flavours of apples and unsealed margarita mix. Nice enough as a cooler.

Bottle - Apple and salty lime. Cloudy yellow gold. Sweet, tart, lime and apple. Weird and refreshing, moderately dry with a touch of acidity.
