A murky golden ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light leather notes, citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity pink grapefruit, light mineral notes, light lemony notes, light acidity, very nice and complex. Bottle at Ottawa meets Sweden tasting, Feb 2017.

Bottle. Pours hazy with a small white head. Aroma has got notes of roses, apple cider vinegar and citrus candy. The barrels shines through in the aroma and adds a certain vinous depth of bitterness and dryness. The notes of roses from the aroma is found here aswell but in a more aggressive way. Apple cider vinegar to a lesser extent. Aroma and taste is rather different from each other. Aroma is cooler and more elegant, and taste more complex. Mouthfeel has got similarities with a artisanal cider - It’s chewy and yet light - in that way where you almost can sense bites of the fruit in your mouth while drinking it. Low carbonation. Soft. Overall another really good beer from Brekeriet.
