(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of yellow apples, citrus, peaches, barnyard, stable, hay, wood and elderflower. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, apples, barnyard, stable, vinegar, wood, white wine, nuts and a tart and dry finish. Low bitterness, if any. Medium body, quite dry. Lots of character. Tart, dry, woody and really tasty. Very nice.

Bottle@yesprs - Golden coloured pour with white head. Tart to sour fruity with notes of lemon and grapefruit, medium body and acidity, some light vinegar notes, tart fruity into the close.

Sample from 75 cl bottle. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, wooden notes, vinegar and red berries. Taste is light sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes tart fruity. Nice.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons and brett, the flavor is tart with notes of lemons, straw, and fruits, leading to a tart finsih.

Aromas are vinegar and tart fruit. Appearances are medium Amber with a very fine off-white head. Flavors are like nose fruity fairly tart little bit of sweetness in the back nice body clean nicely done.
