750mL bottle, pours a cloudy murky orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of barnyard funk, stone fruits, pith, and light vanilla. Flavour is along the same lines, with tropical stone fruits, moderate tartness, light pith and a little vanilla. Boozy finish that isn't too overburdening. Nicely constructed, with a bit of abrasiveness that is well-situated. Very good.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Slightly unclear orange with white head that leaves lacing. Bright and fruity aroma and taste with hay, farmhouse funk, light lemon zest and oak. Lacks a little bit of sour zing, but altogether pretty good.

Cloudy blond color. Footy yeast smell, sour, a bit coming from Lambic, but dirty, anyway it’s interesting. Smooth, not too dry, even some residual sweetness; sour, acidic, puckery, some cobwebs, light cheese, and astringent final. Multiple layers.
Chaotic but I like it.

Bottle - Sour and hard candy, Mandarin with some aspirin. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tons of chalky aspirin and citrus.

Cloudy, no head, light tan. Has a nice, tart, brett note. This has a light tart note, some mellow pale malts with light biscuit, and then a touch of blueberry brett. Good, tasty, nice complexity. Not anything all that special, mind you.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden/orange with a small white head. Tart with grapefruit, vinegar, light honey and some oak. The body was medium and the carbonation fairly soft. Alcohol well hidden. A pleasant one.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky aroma. Fruity sour tart citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky citrus finish.

(750ml bottle from Systembolaget web order, bottled Oct 2016) Pours fairly hazy medium orange with a small, stable white head and X lace, plus a little bit of yeast sediment. Aroma has quite a sharp acidic note and a fair amount of fruitiness. Notes of red eating grapes, elderflower, sour citrus (lime, lemon, something aromatic) but also some sweet sugary lemon, wet hay, wood, light Brett. Flavour is moderately acidic, quite heavily bitter for style, and with a core malt sweetness. Early burst of crabapple, aromatic citrus (yuzu or something similar), tart grapes, some light caramel, acidic elements of lime juice and wine vinegar quickly making themselves felt. Towards the finish, dominated by woody notes, orchard floor, dry leaves and hay, slightly floral, citrus peels, solid bittering hops. Acidity lingers all the way into the aftertaste and carries the fruitiness with it, but the overall impression is quite dry, slightly mineral, and rather astringent. No sign of the alcohol. Medium-full bodied, with low but quite tingling carbonation. While the booze itself isn’t really in evidence, this has more structure than most golden sours from Brekeriet. Combined with the hopping and barrel support, this is very nice indeed.
