A light straw coloured body covered by a full, pillowy head. The nose is a pungent mixture of tropical fruit, grapefruit and banana. The taste profile is very refreshing, combining popping fruit tastes with a dry touch of yeast and spice. Again, tropical elements, grapefruit and pineapple lead the way with hints of yeast, rye, orange and soft malts. Juicy and fresh while staying well balanced. One of their best

Can from the brewery. Opaque, Cloudy yellow pour, with a big white head. Huge tropical fruit Aroma. Huge amounts of mango, papaya, and peaches. Citrus zest and soft malted wheat with some hints of light spice. Great mouth feel, and God carb. Finish is light to medium butter with some subtle the spice and more huge amounts of tropical fruit and malted wheat. This lives up to its name and standing in the top 50. Excellent saison, with a North american twist.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with an orange hue. The foamy warm cap foams away slowly leaving some thick foam lace. Aromas of nice fresh grassy hops, tropical fruits and mild Belgian Ale yeast sweetness. Citrus notes (oranges) in the taste to balance with the tropical notes. Feels like a nice breakfast alcoholic beverage. This is quite nice all-around. A hoppier Saison which is expected from Beyond the Pale.

Cloudy blond color, medium head. Pungent spicy aroma with complement of citrus peel and tropical fruit. Dry and smooth mouthfeel; powerful blend of spicy yeast and citrus peel; strong bitterness.
Very good.

Tall can (thx, Alex G.!) at Ilya’s. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, very fresh with peach and apricot notes, some flowery notes. Taste is the same, very juicy - wow! Slightly hoppy fruity aftertaste. Amazing!

500mL can, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy bright golden with a large white foamy head. Aroma brings out a lovely saison yeast character, with pungent peaches and mangoes. Flavour is not exactly authentic, but it sure is juicy, with tons of tropical fruits, especially peaches and mangoes, followed by fruity esters, and that lovely saison yeast character. It's not often that an excellent non-brett saison comes out on this side of the Atlantic, but this is an exception. Pleasure to drink.
