Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is citrusy, peachy, resinous and grainy with passion fruit note. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy off-white head, floating yeast particles and sparkling appearance. Taste starts sour citrusy and bready, following is yeasty and grassy with mild coriander note, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Nicely hopped blanche…

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours a misty golden yellow, medium white head. Wit-like aromatics with breezy citrus. Taste is light, fresh, zippy Belgian wit yeast, floral, rounded nicely with crisp Citra hops, light bitterness. Good fresh wit.

Yellow-orange color with hardly any head. Grapefruit, exotic fruits. Spicy yeasts. A hint of lactic acid. Taste is bitter oranges, more gapefruits fruity, refreshing. Light body, nice carbonation. Spicy and dry, like a Saison. One of the better Wits I?ve had.

bouteille, achetée à la Bièrerie à Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy golden yellow with a small, fluffy white head. Never before have I come across a bière blanche with such a beautuful hoppy aroma. Almost IPA-like fruity nose, tropical, slightly citrusy, extremely promising. Very light-bodied, shy malty background suporting the intensive hoppy flavours very well. Again, tropcial fruit, kiwi, gooseberry and a touch of lemon with a very timid fruity background. This is superb stuff!
