Bottle from Upright, Portland. Aroma is wheaty grain, soft herbal notes, yeast, citrus, lime, lightly funk, spicy notes. Flavour is mildly tart and light sweetish. Body is medium with quite lively carbonation. Nice Saison with a herbal lime and light funk aroma.

Apr 03, 2025 (8/4/7/3/15=3.7): Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear blonde gold with full white head. Nice funky saison yeast with feint grass hops, lime, and white pepper. Decent.
Aug 14, 2023 (7/3/7/3/14=3.4): Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Like citrus, some pepper notes, mild saison yeast. Okay.

Jelzés értékű, azonnal eltűnő hab, kissé opálos borostyán szín. Enyhén savanykás, gabonás, élesztős illat. Gabonás, leheletnyit vizes érzetű, enyhén fűszeres ízek. Kissé savanykás, könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Könnyen iható, de kissé sújtalan saison.

Bottle. Color: Bit hazy golden, big white head. Aroma: Funky yeast, spicy, fruity. Taste: Over moderate sweet and moderate tart, wheat malt, hay, funky and yeasty notes, fruity citrus / lemon notes. Spicy hints. Just under medium body, below average carbonation. Bit watery and leathery finish. Ok.

375ml bottle from BCL on Bute/Davie. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head Aroma: first nose was very strange with fermented vegetables notes, after fruity, floral, with some peppery notes pertinent to Belgian saisons. Taste: similar Body: medium Overall: It's ok, nothing spectacular, kind of Belgian Saison on American manner.

Tulip draft at Upright Brewing Company in Portland, Oregon. The pour is hazed yellow with a fluffy one inch white head that is lasting. Nice lace left on the glass. The aroma is traditional Saison with the hay yeast, wheat grain and earth. The lime is present in the nose as the beer warms. The taste is initially the hay earth of the yeast, though moves quickly to herbal spice, the lime fruit and a nice dash of citrus. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and an interesting herbal citrus finish. I love Upright Saisons.

Bottle. Straw beer with a big cream head. Lemon and light yeast aroma. Yeast and spice flavor. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with light citrus

Found this beer a bit all over the place. The funk was there, but didn't think the lime worked that well. Just a bit all over the place and below expectations

Bottle. The colour is hazy orange with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of phenols, hay, spices, mango and wheat buns. The flavour is similar, sweet and fruity and a little dry in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Spicy and fruity. Nice one.

Bottle. Pours a somewhat clear golden orange color with a large white head. A big sweet toasted malt nose, citrus. A dry dusty base, some light toast, spicy, there is clear lime fruity note. Very smooth.
