Can - Dark and muddy toast. Deep dark amber with a rich beige head. Dark molasses and sugary malts with just a hint of toast. Not enough toasted notes in the taste and the nose is just odd.

473ml can. Pours a clear mahogany with a red hue and a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel and licorice. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, licorice, dark chocolate, molasses and brown sugar with a mildly bitter coffee finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A little too sweet for my liking.

473ml can. Okay beige head and dark brown body. Odd cardboard and cabbage and motor oil aroma. Flavour is weak molasses and brown sugar, cloying back end. Not enjoyable on any level.

Can from West Coast Liquor, Burnaby
Dark mahogany color, with red shades, clear, and with small compact head. Some smell of caramel and vegetables, vulgar. Round and sweet mouthfeel; it has a sweet caramel flavor, light nuttiness and quite evident metallic aftertaste; low bitterness.
Better than Tennent’s Super if you look at getting drunk, but still an uninteresting beer.

Very dark brown. Smells rough like caramel syrup, watered down. Burnt molasses on the palate but it is pretty thin. Good for the brewery, but not really top notch bock.

Bottle at tasting, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of toasted bread, licorice and asshole (yes, that's right). Flavour of asshole, stale bread, stale molasses and a syrupy note. Quite offensive as expected.
