Hazy, dark amber. Nose is a bit bready but then there is a lot of honey sweetness. Touch of alcohol late but lacks the liquid bread aspect I seek in the style.

Draft - Muddy and caramel notes with some earthy yeast. Cloudy copper with a small beige head. Caramel, some earthy notes and fruity esters. Not a fan.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color, Mild aroma and strong character of waxy wildflower honey, a bit spicy; sweetish flavor, no malt depth, light fruity esters, light alcohol presence, a bit of vegetable astringency in the final, low bitterness.
I don’t get this one.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a dark amber with a medium white head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a touch of honey. Flavour is on the sweet side, with a nice mix of honey, toasted malt and caramel. Finishes on the honey side. Nicely done.
