Wax dipped 375 ml bottle, thanks Billybob. After 20 minutes of trying to open this wax sealed son of a bitch, here we go. Aroma is strong brett with strong basement character, raspberry, alcohol. Pours black with beige foam. Taste is fruity, dry and bitter with flavors of raspberry, brett, chocolate, wet stone, raisin. Interesting, not bad.

Medium brown colour. This has a nice raspberry character, with a light, chocolatey toastiness. On the palate, raspberry is first, and there’s a touch of chocolate. The body is a bit light, the fruity character is nice. This has a bitter chocolate character. Interesting beer...the brett doesn’t show a ton, but yet the beer is thin like the brett is chewing on things.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart raspberries upfront, followed by light cocoa and a touch of brett. Flavour is extremely dry, with lots of wild yeast, tart dry raspberries and a touch of cocoa. Very wild and massively bitter. Jagged and harsh. Difficult to drink.
